The Weber Genesis Silver grills were manufactured between 2000 and 2005 and the ten year warranty on them has expired. Replacement parts for these grills are still readily available and are relatively inexpensive.
The parts you need to fix your Genesis Silver grill are listed below. I strongly suggest you buy the stainless steel grates and Flavorizer bars instead of the porcelain enameled options. The stainless steel options only cost a little bit more but will last a couple of years longer.
If you need help figuring out how to replace the burner tubes then there is a video at the end of this list that walks you through the process.

Changing the burner tubes on a Genesis Silver is pretty easy. I suspect the biggest difficulty that you will run into is trying to remove the rusty screws inside the firebox. I suggest using Liquid Wrench instead of WD-40 if you need some help getting the screws out. Here is a video that will walk you through the process.
The Silver grills went through some styling modifications during the five years that they were in production. The biggest difference is that grills manufactured between 2000 and 2003 have the thermometer on the right side of the grill body while grills made in 2004 and 2005 have the thermometer in the center of the lid. The 2005 model grills came with enclosed storage cabinets underneath the grills.
Before you invest in replacement parts make sure that you check that the frame is still solid. If you have been storing your grill out by the pool or in some other location with corrosive conditions it is possible that the frame is about to rust out. Replacement frames are not available for the Silver. If the frame is about to fail I suggest you invest in a new grill.
