Weber Performer Grill Parts
Finding the right replacement parts for the Weber Performer line of grills can be a little challenging at first but we can get that handled for you.
Weber Performer Models from 1990 to 2004: These grills are easily identified by the stainless steel side table and 5 pound propane tank used as the fuel source to light the charcoal.
Stainless Steel Charcoal Grate
Weber Performer Models from 2005 to 2009: You can tell these grills apart from the earlier models as they do not have a stainless steel side table and are designed to use disposable propane canisters. You can tell these grills apart from later models as the wheels on these grills are 8 inches in diameter and do NOT have hubcaps.
Stainless Steel Charcoal Grate
Weber Performer Models from 2010 to 2013: These grills are easily identified by the hubcaps on their 8 inch wheels and the silly electronic timer on the side of the grill.

When it comes to upgrading your kettle there are an amazing range of products to chose from. Here are some that I think are incredible.
Craycort offers beautiful cast iron grates for Weber kettles.
The Craycort grates are heavy duty, will last forever and are compatible with a variety of inserts such as woks and griddles. The only downside to Craycort grates is that the cast iron does need to be maintained. If you are someone who freaks out when you see rust then the Craycort grates will not be right for you. I simply brush my Craycorts with some peanut oil before grilling and everything turns out just fine.
The Slow N Sear from the Adrenaline Barbecue Company is a great accessory that turns your kettle into a SERIOUS smoker. The Slow N Sear lets you get an 8 hour low and slow cook done at constant temperature with almost no maintenance. If you are willing to fiddle with your charcoal a little getting a 10-12 hour cook is simple.
There is a competitor to the Slow N Sear called the Smokenator. I have used both and ended up throwing the Smokenator in the trash.
GrillGrates These are anodized aluminum panels that will transform the way you grill. GrillGrates eliminate flare-ups and make grilling over direct heat EASY and FUN. In addition to eliminating flare-ups GrillGrates put down the absolute BEST grill marks of any grate I have ever used. GrillGrates are simply amazing.
The RibOLator is a must have accessory if you already have a rotisserie ring. The most practical reason to buy a RibOLator is so you can easily smoke four slabs of baby back ribs on a 22 inch kettle. The REAL reason to buy a RibOlator is because it is seriously FUN to use. It makes me smile every time I bust out the RibOLator. I usually use mine for grilling wings.
